Residence for the Iyers
This 4,500 sq. ft. Luxury Villa project at Sobha Lifestyle, Devanahalli, Bangalore was designed as a retirement home for the client.
The Singapore-based couple wanted to come back to India to a home that resonated with their love for Indian craft and colours. The use of wood added the required warmth to the home.
The terrace was the highlight of the house. The couple loved entertaining so we created a warm zone with seating, covered and open areas, ample lighting and a small pantry that was tucked away.
