As the Gowda family grew so did the need of space.

That is when they approached us to design an additional floor on the second floor of their existing house on the busy lane of Indiranagar, Bangalore.

A 45-year old load bearing structure required the expertise of an Architect as well as a structural engineer. We designed the new floor on the footprint of the existing structure post strengthening the foundation of the building.

The second floor housed two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a family area, a small kitchenette, a step-out area and a huge terrace.

This floor was internally connected with the lower floor with staircase that was converted into an internal one.
