Residence for The Pawars

Renovation of this 1300 sft, three bedroom apartment tucked away in an old building off M.G.Road was a challenge.

The requirement was to convert the apartment originally occupied by an office into a comfortable residence for an elderly lady. The final layout included a master bedroom with a walk-in-wardobe, guest bedroom, media room (with an attached powder room) that converted into an extra guest room , dining, living, kitchen and a servants quarter.

The highlight of the home was the window in the dining that we extended from floor to ceiling overlooking a huge old tree.
